个人简介: 阎艳,女,1967年12月出生,工学博士,教授,博士生导师。曾任BET体育365投注官网工业工程系科研副主任、学院副书记副院长、学院党委书记、前沿交叉科学研究院常务副院长及学校人力资源部部长,现任校长助理、党委常委,组织部部长。长期从事数字化设计制造技术的基础及应用研究,主持或参与国家自然基金、基础科研、预先研究、民用航天、重点研发等项目二十余项。近年主要围绕复杂产品快速设计需求,带领团队突破了妥协决策计算机制、数据驱动的预测模型构建、复杂决策问题高效求解等技术难题,实现了计算决策驱动的产品设计,研究成果应用于多个行业不同类型产品的研制过程。发表学术论文150余篇,授权发明专利20余项,出版学术专著3部。入选教育部新世纪优秀人才,首都高校优秀德育工作者。获部级科技进步奖8项(其中一等奖2项,二等奖3项,三等奖3项),获北京市教学成果奖二等奖2项。现任教育部工业工程专业教指委委员、工业工程学会理事、相关部委先进制造领域专家委员等。 研究方向:知识工程、优化设计与创新设计、智能决策。 招收方向:欢迎具有机械工程/工业工程/数学/计算机科学/软件工程等背景的同学报考硕士和博士研究生。 |
